Yulin Shih

Associate

Yulin practises in the areas of estate planning, business law, real estate, and secured lending. Before joining Chen & Leung, he worked at regional law firms in downtown Vancouver, where he advised clients on estate planning, corporate and commercial matters, and real estate transactions.

He works closely with individuals, families, and business owners on estate and trust planning, business acquisitions, and commercial real estate matters, taking a thoughtful and practical approach to complex transactions and long-term planning. His experience includes advising high-net-worth clients on trust and succession strategies, assisting with acquisitions of regulated operating companies, and supporting multi-unit commercial real estate acquisitions.

Outside the office, Yulin enjoys golfing, watching baseball, and spending time with friends, family, and his dog.
