Andreas Heiden

Associate Counsel

Andreas practises broadly in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate, banking and secured lending, and construction law. He advises clients on commercial transactions, financing matters, development projects, and ongoing business operations. His practice includes acting for businesses, lenders, and developers on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters.

Called to the British Columbia bar in 2010, Andreas practiced at large Canadian law firms before joining Chen & Leung, where he has spent the past several years focusing on corporate, commercial, real estate, lending and construction work. Clients value his analytical strength, attention to detail, and ability to cut through complexity with clear and practical advice.

As Associate Counsel, Andreas is known for his steady judgment and thoughtful, well‑structured approach to helping clients achieve their objectives.

Outside the office, Andreas enjoys spending time with family and being outdoors.
