Liyan Wu
Liyan is an associate with Chen & Leung. Her practice includes general corporate, commercial and real estate matters, lending and wills and estates.
She advises business owners and investors on the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of real property across various asset classes, and acts on secured lending matters for lenders and borrowers. Liyan also assists private companies with share and asset purchase transactions, corporate reorganizations, commercial agreements, and corporate governance. In addition, she advises clients on business succession, estate planning and administration, including the preparation of trusts and related planning documents.
Liyan rejoins Chen & Leung following several years of practice at a prominent downtown Vancouver firm and a national law firm.
Liyan is fluent in English and Mandarin.
