Charlene practises in the areas of estate planning and business law, bringing a modern, proactive approach to her legal work. Before joining Chen & Leung, she practised family law at established Vancouver firms, where she advised clients through complex and sensitive matters.

She works with individuals and businesses on a range of transactional and planning matters, combining practical guidance with a clear, client-focused approach. Drawing on experience across multiple areas of law, Charlene is committed to helping clients navigate legal issues with clarity, confidence, and efficiency.

Outside the office, Charlene enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring Vancouver’s food and café scene, and staying active.
