Alyssa Leung

Alyssa advises clients across a wide range of commercial, real estate, corporate, lending, and wills and estates matters. She is recognized for her approachable, collaborative style and her ability to provide clear, actionable guidance in both straightforward and complex situations. Alyssa works with individuals, families, businesses, and financial institutions, offering efficient, solutions‑oriented advice that reflects an understanding of each client’s broader goals.

Her multidisciplinary practice enables her to support clients through every stage of a transaction or planning process - from initial structuring and due diligence to completion and long‑term strategy. Whether she is structuring a business transaction, advising on secured lending, completing a real estate acquisition, or assisting with personal planning documents, Alyssa brings an organized approach that helps clients navigate the legal process with confidence.

Before joining Chen & Leung, Alyssa practised at a national law firm and served as a law clerk to two justices of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia.

Outside the office, Alyssa enjoys spending time with family, reading and staying active.
