PARTNER

Michael Bromm is a partner at Chen & Leung whose practice includes commercial disputes, environmental and aboriginal litigation, human rights matters, wills and estates litigation, class actions, and professional negligence and discipline cases.

ASSOCIATE

David received his LL.B (Hon.) from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom and was subsequently called to the Malaysian Bar in 2001 and practised as a litigator and solicitor in Malaysia. He articled at C&L and was called to the bar of British Columbia in 2015. He is fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin and Cantonese.

ASSOCIATE

Andreas is an associate with Chen & Leung. His practice encompasses corporate and securities law, real estate law and wills and estates. Andreas has experience with general corporate and commercial matters, corporate restructurings, asset and share dispositions, commercial leasing and general wills and estates law.

Andrew Leung is an associate in the litigation department at Chen & Leung. Prior to joining Chen & Leung as an associate, Andrew was an articling student at the firm. Andrew has assisted and been involved in various civil litigation matters.

Paul Leung is the managing partner and the principal client liaison of C&L.His practice is focused primarily on providing strategic advice on corporate, commercial and real estate matters, including corporate governance and reorganizations; real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, structuring, leasing and financing.

Alyssa Leung is an associate with Chen & Leung. Her practice includes general corporate, commercial and real estate matters, lending and wills and estates.
