About Chen & Leung

We are a full-service law firm with big-firm training and experience, but small firm attention to individual needs. Our clients include real estate developers, national financial institutions as well as international and local businesses and individuals. We are sensitive to the cultural needs of our clients and often act as a bridge between cultures. Chen & Leung has its roots in Vancouver’s Chinatown, where it first began serving clients in 1972. In 1989, Paul Leung joined the firm.  1994 brought a move from Chinatown to Oakridge Centre, where we practiced until July of 2019, when we moved to our current, ultra-modern space at the top of Vancouver’s Airport Square.

We practice in a wide range of areas, including real property acquisition, residential/commercial lending, acquisition/sale of businesses, incorporation of companies, contract law, commercial litigation, wills and estates, family law, insurance claims, builders’ liens and construction law.

Over the past 50 years, our team of lawyers and experienced staff have served our clients in Vancouver and abroad with creative legal solutions to meet their individual needs.
