Ka Hei is a litigation associate at Chen & Leung. Before joining Chen & Leung, Ka Hei practiced at a boutique law firm in Downtown Vancouver. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, including the Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Ka Hei moved to Vancouver in 2021 to complete a joint legal education program between the University of Hong Kong and the University of British Columbia. She graduated in 2023 with both a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Hong Kong and a Juris Doctor (JD) from British Columbia. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2024 following the completion of her articles.
Outside of her legal practice, Ka Hei enjoys travelling, crocheting, and spending time with her friends and family. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
