Maggie Shi

Maggie practices corporate and real estate law assisting individual and corporate clients in purchases and sales, commercial leasing, development and secured financing matters. She provides strategic counsel on transactions of all complexity and delivers practical, cost-effective and result driven solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Before joining Chen & Leung, Maggie practiced at a reputable boutique that specializes in real estate law where she advised clients in both English and Mandarin.

Beyond the legal profession, she is a golf enthusiast and church pianist who finds relaxation in both music and the fairway. A passionate home cook, Maggie also enjoys her time of solitude perfecting culinary techniques in the kitchen.
