About Peter Chapman

Peter Chapman was called to the bar in 1978. His primary area of practice is immigration and citizenship law. He periodically travels to Taiwan, the Philippines and China to meet with clients and visit Canadian Visa offices and has represented clients from around the world. He has assisted many clients with applications for permanent residence and citizenship and also frequently represents clients in immigration litigation. He has been counsel in immigration proceedings from the Immigration Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board to the Supreme Court of Canada.
